Composition

The Council is an organization-based non-profit corporation. The Council consists of more than 80 organizations representing every facet of EMS in Pennsylvania. Each organization appoints a representative and one alternate to serve on the Council. Our member organizations include representatives of ambulance services, hospitals, health care providers, and firefighters, among others.
